Order Processing and Shipping Schedule

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Order Processing Time

The order processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday).

For orders placed and fully paid before 18:00 on a business day, processing time will begin on the same day.

For orders placed after 18:00, processing time will begin on the next business day.

If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, processing time will begin on the next available business day.

Shipping Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 5–12 days.

Shipping Area

Currently, we only ship within France.

Shipping Fees

For orders with a total amount below €79, a shipping fee of €7.99 will apply.

For orders with a total amount of €79 or more, free shipping is provided.

Order Tracking

You may visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website and enter your order details to check the status of your shipment.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us via email within 24 hours after placing your order.

After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipping stages, and we cannot guarantee that the address can be updated.
